The ten lowest ranked member
associations contested
round 1 in June and July
2011. Winners from round 1
joined ranked teams in
groupstage 2 (4 teams in 3
groups)
Then the winners and runners
up from stage 2 will end up
in a final group stage of
six teams. Three best teams
will
qualify directly, while the
fourth team will compete in
a
play-off against the winner
of the
